Turning a Practical School Van into a Clear Mobile Identity System
School vehicles need to be easy to recognise, especially in daily transport use. For this project, the available logo needed to be cleaned up and reconstructed so it could scale properly for the van. The lettering had to remain readable, the education-themed icons needed to fit the vehicle surface, and the final graphics had to be applied cleanly despite real field conditions.

The original crest needed vector preparation so it could reproduce clearly on the vehicle without losing shape, color clarity or edge quality.

The design needed to make the school name, Mubende identity and contact details readable from normal viewing distance while keeping the van visually balanced.
Night installation and weather interruption
During the night installation phase, rain interrupted part of the work. Because vinyl graphics require dry surfaces for strong adhesion and clean finishing, the team paused and completed the remaining work the following day.

The school logo was rebuilt from a raster source into cleaner vector artwork so it could scale correctly for the van graphics and print sharply.
Vehicle graphics layout and mockup
The school name, crest, contact information and education-themed symbols were arranged for side and rear visibility before production.
Print, lamination, plotting and weeding
The artwork was prepared for output, printed, laminated with a glossy protective finish before plotting, then weeded so the graphics could be applied cleanly on the vehicle surface.
Field installation and completion
The team installed the graphics on-site, paused when rain affected the night work conditions, and returned the following day to complete the final branding.
