Design and approval
Backdrop composition, embassy identity placement, wording and table-card presentation were reviewed before output.
Kamog Artistry delivered a complete event branding in Kampala workflow for Feliz Tropical Safaris, developed for a reception welcoming Russian tourism delegates, international guests and VIPs at The Lawns, Kololo. The project moved through production-ready design, realistic approval mockups, large-format printing, finishing, delivery and installation within the same working day.
Feliz Tropical Safaris required a coordinated visual environment for an international guest reception at The Lawns Restaurant in Kololo. The presentation needed to celebrate Uganda’s wildlife, hospitality and destination appeal while remaining credible for Russian tourism delegates, international guests, VIPs, tourism stakeholders, diplomatic representatives and local hospitality partners.
Feliz Tropical Safaris reviewed the backdrop and place-card mockups before production. Once approved, Kamog Artistry (U) Ltd handled the wide-format backdrop print, digital printing of the A5 cards on 350 gsm artboard, matte lamination, finishing, transport, reusable stand assembly and final setup at The Lawns.
Backdrop composition, embassy identity placement, wording and table-card presentation were reviewed before output.
The approved materials were produced, finished, delivered and installed by the same team.
The team reconstructed supplied identity elements, developed the event visual direction and prepared realistic mock presentations. The client reviewed the proposed backdrop, guest-facing place card, wording, scale, colour and positioning before production commenced.
Institutional marks were cleaned and rebuilt for dependable large-format reproduction.
Artwork was prepared with practical dimensions, safe areas and finishing considerations.
The client saw how the display and table card would appear in use before approval.
Production started only after the visual direction and final files were accepted.
The sequence below shows how the work actually developed—from rebuilding the supplied embassy mark and composing the backdrop to presenting the reusable stand and place card for approval before output.

After approval, the project moved directly into large-format printing in Kampala, finishing, transport and installation. The reusable display structure was assembled at The Lawns, the artwork mounted, tension checked and the completed presentation positioned for the reception.

By evening, the complete visual presentation was ready for the reception. The branding created a clear focal point, communicated Uganda’s tourism appeal to international guests and extended the identity from the main backdrop into the table experience. The assignment was accepted and fully settled on completion.
The case study supports more than a single print product. It demonstrates coordinated design, production planning, client proofing, physical delivery, installation and accountable completion—capabilities relevant to corporate procurement, institutional communications and high-level stakeholder events.
