A Kampala-to-Bushenyi Event Branding Rollout Built Under Pressure
Tooke Run 2026 was a public sports and nutrition awareness activation held in Bushenyi. For Kamog Artistry, the work started with late-night production in Kampala and continued into transport, field setup and real-time installation on the event ground.

What Was Produced, Delivered and Set Up
The work covered event materials that had to be seen clearly across tents, backdrops, field barriers, sponsor areas, photo zones and route visibility points.
8 wide PVC backdrops
Each backdrop measured 6m × 2.5m, approximately 19.7ft × 8.2ft, and was prepared for VIP tent branding, sponsor walls and media-wall use.
60 field barrier banners
Each barrier banner measured 1.2m × 1.8m, approximately 3.9ft × 5.9ft, printed with eyelets and fixed individually using cable ties and binding wire.
Vinyl tent stickers
100cm × 40cm stickers, approximately 3.3ft × 1.3ft, were printed for tent branding, labelling and event-ground communication.
4 photo selfie frames
Branded frames were produced for participant photos, Chief Runner artwork, TOOKE product visibility and social media moments.
6 backdrop setups
PVC was stretched and fixed on wooden panel structures using a staple gun, adhesives and reinforcement where needed.
60 teardrops assisted
The team supported the TOOKE branding team during setup of 6m / 19.7ft telescopic teardrop banners around the field and tent areas.
Large Materials, Short Timelines and a Live Event Ground Outside Kampala
The job required bulky PVC materials to be printed, finished, packed, transported and installed while other event teams were also preparing the venue. It was not a clean studio handover. It was night work, overnight movement, sunlight, wooden panels, field barriers, tents, tools and fast decisions on site.

Production started in Kampala for the PVC backdrops, field barrier banners, vinyl stickers and event materials.

Printing and finishing continued until late night, then the materials were packed for immediate travel.

VIP Tents
Three backdrop setups were handled within the VIP tent areas prepared for signatories and official guests.

Sixty barrier banners were stretched and fixed individually along the field barriers.

The team helped set up 60 telescopic teardrop banners around the field and tent sections.
Return
By around 10:00 PM on 19 June the team was returning to Kampala, arriving at 6:40 AM on 20 June.
Tools, Panels, Tents, Barriers and Outdoor Conditions
The setup required more than printed material. The team carried the tools needed to make the branding sit properly on real event structures.
Fixing tools
Staple gun, hammer, drill, nails, screws, chisels, cutters and scissors were part of the field setup kit.
Holding materials
Adhesives, cable ties and binding wire helped with PVC stretching, barrier fixing and event-ground stability.
Outdoor handling
Sunlight, grass, wooden panels, tent fabric and moving teams all shaped how the final branding was fixed.
