Procurement Pack Request
Use this page when your procurement, administration or finance team has a checklist that requires several Kamog Artistry records to be prepared together. This may include our company profile, registration details, tax or licence records, bank confirmation, KYC items or a supplier form, depending on what your organization officially asks for.
The aim is to help your team receive one organized supplier file instead of requesting documents one by one. If you only need a single record, use the Document Request route. If you are still reviewing our services, capability and proof of work, start with the Corporate Profile.
For urgent procurement support, WhatsApp +256 775 251 445 or email info@kamogartistry.com. Restricted records are shared only through an official institutional email, supplier portal or approved request trail.

When a pack is better than one request
Choose this route when your team has a supplier checklist, portal upload list or tender file that asks for several records together. If the request is only for one named record, use the Document Request route so the response stays simple.
What can sit inside a procurement pack
The exact contents depend on your checklist. We do not attach sensitive records just to make the file look complete; we include what your organization has officially requested and what can be released through the right channel.
Profile and capability items
These are normally safe for early supplier review, shortlisting and internal filing.

Best request to send us
“Please prepare Kamog Artistry’s supplier document pack for our procurement file. Attached is the checklist. Required items are: [list documents]. Purpose: [supplier registration / tender / finance setup]. Deadline: [date]. Preferred format: [single PDF / separate PDFs / portal upload].”
To avoid delays, include these details
A procurement pack is easier to prepare when we know the exact purpose and format. A broad request like “send all company documents” can delay the response because some records are restricted.
Checklist or document list
Paste the list or attach the supplier registration checklist so we know what the pack should contain.
Purpose of the file
Tell us whether the pack is for supplier registration, tender submission, vendor onboarding, payment setup or internal review.
Submission format
Confirm whether the pack should be one PDF, separate files, signed forms, stamped copies or portal uploads.
How procurement packs are prepared
- We read the checklist first
We confirm what your team actually needs instead of sending a generic bundle of files. - We separate ordinary and restricted items
Public profile items are treated differently from legal, finance and KYC records. - We assemble the pack around your purpose
The pack is prepared for the stated use: supplier registration, tender response, payment setup or portal onboarding. - We share through the approved channel
The file is sent through official email, supplier portal or verified procurement contact, depending on your instructions.
When another route is better
Use the closest route so your request is handled cleanly and does not become a long email thread.

When should we request a procurement pack?
Use this route when your checklist asks for several Kamog Artistry records together, such as a profile, registration details, tax or licence records, bank confirmation or KYC items.
What should we send with the request?
Send the checklist or portal instructions, the purpose of the request, supplier category, accepted file format, contact person and deadline.
Can the pack include restricted records?
Yes, where the checklist officially requires them and the requester is verified. Restricted legal, finance or KYC records are not shared as a default attachment.
What if we only need one document?
Use the Document Request route for one named record. A procurement pack is better when several records need to be assembled and submitted together.
